The mattress in the Standard Double Room is pretty hard and lacks a mattress topper, which might lead to a restless night. The bed size feels cramped, and the walls are not soundproof, allowing sounds from the lobby to seep in. Breakfast could improve. the orange juice doesn't come freshly squeezed, and the coffee is rather standard. there’s a bit of an unpleasant odor from the outside sewers that lingers at times, though you can request something for the room to fix that.

The location is initially chaotic, but once inside, the calming atmosphere and lovely decor provide a refreshing escape. Staff members like Essaid offer invaluable local insights, ensuring every need is met with genuine warmth. Room comfort was okay, though some noise was noticeable at times.

The Riad felt so authentic and clean. the staff were incredibly friendly, offering tea upon arrival and guiding us through everything we needed. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful, a perfect start to each day.
